I ...Girl, 2 pounds in the long run DOES NOT matter.<br />I know how shitty it can feel to "screw up", but you have to just pull yourself up before you can slip any further ;) Even if it means "stopping" or having a "plateau" for a while. Just pause, reflect and keep going. ;)<br /><br />One tip: this may seem extreme to you, but try cutting all forms of super refined foods from your diet.
