blah blah blah

I didn't jump back into the swing of things yesterday. I was exhausted.
Still not feeling it today either.

Repercussions of eating like crap and no water drinking:

Bad sleeping pattern.
Sluggish feeling.
Bad spotty skin.
A gain.
Feeling hungry when eating normal sized portions.
Low energy.
Mood = really crappy.

Yes. It feels good in the moment but what comes afterwards is so not worth it. Another step forward and one giant leap back. Jack Sh*t has it right in this post.

When will I learn?

I have a feeling that your mood will improve.

Jump back in with both feet. Start out by just eating good for you foods and walking. You'll get your mojo back.

You will get it, Grasshopper. We all do in our own time.

You need some sort of happy going on. Go find you some. It will help fuel your other goals. :) Is that poet dude performing anywhere? I'd soo be a groupie. LOL

I totally know the feeling. Eating bad makes you feel bad and even though you know this will happen you still eat the crap. Eh, I've been there. I am there. We don't learn.

You don't have to jump straight back into things. You could choose to get back into the healthy eating aspect first if you wanted, or the exercise. You don't have to hit the ground running.
