Hello there, my name is Simone and I am a foodaholic.
Today I officially phlegm free. Feeling physically back to normal. My mental state is another story. I am feeling real real low. I stopped posting because I had nothing positive or interesting to say. I realise this is a mistake, I should always blog no matter what because it does help. Just have not had the energy. Sorry if I ain't made it to your blog in a while... I aim to catch up with them today.
Past three weeks = shit. No exercise. No real portion control. No calories counted. Lots of excuses. But today I am finally tired of all that. I need to get back on track. I definitely do not want to undo all I have done this year. At new year I want to look back and reflect that despite some of the set backs this year was an ok weight loss year and that things will only get better!
So there are a few strategies up my sleeve.
