on it!

I hate this picture because I look enormous in comparison to my friend Amy. It sucks. I look ENORMOUS. Its so horrible but motivating nonetheless.

I am on it people. Water chugging. In fact I have realised that water is all I drink now. With the exception of a hot choc now and then! My veg count today is over 8! 8 portions. Awesomeness. I also did over 14k thousand steps today too.

And I tried on some jeans today in a size smaller than the last ones I bought. That cheered me up immensely. AND I can now re-fit into the supermarket clothes. Which is cheaper. Yay.

However the weight is coming back off from under my belly button and creating a giant over hang again. Sucky. So my stomach looks enormous but it is changing so *shrugs*

I really want rid of my chins.

Got a badminton session tomorrow. Excited. I loves it.

p.s thanks for all the love regarding the bitches. made me smile.

You're so silly--I looked at your photo and the first thought in my mind:

She's so damned cute! Because you ARE!!!

You're doing great, keep plugging away. Chin will be history in no time.

Why do you always look so cute in your photos?

You are doing so well, great news about the smaller clothes.

It is funny the way our bodies change shape as we lose weight, eventually it goes from where we want it to go from - honest!

I agree with Jo...SILLY!!!

Great NSV sweetie!!!

It takes a while but that weight around the face will drop off, you won't even notice it really until someone points it out to you, then you'll have to grab an old pic...and then you'll see and be absolutely amazed!

Damn! You absolutely killed those veggies! Nice! And fantastic stuff on the water! And on the steps! And on the clothes! You're an awesome-machine! Hehe.

It sucks we can choose where we want to lose weight first, but that's the way it is.

Go badminton! I love playing that. I used to play for my school team back in Intermediate. Hope you have fun!

I think I commented on the weirdness surrounding how our bodies change before. There is no rhyme or reason to it, but change is good nonetheless and sooner or later all those spots we want smaller and tighter WILL be!
Great job girlie. And I'll give you another compliment-- Nice boobs! LOL seriously, right now I feel that my boobs are being outshined by my belly but yours are lookin good heheh
keep up the goodness!

You're waaay too hard on yourself. I don't see anyone who looks horrible in that photo. Crap. I don't even take that nice of photos now. Or should I say, core blimey?

You're gonna smoke them bitches' asses.

Glad you are on it and remotivated. The pedometer is back? Ooo! Your mojo is really roaring. :)

The flabby skin issues as you shrink ... they will tighten up and go away over time. I've told you this before, because it's true. You are young. Your body is waaay more forgiving then mine. It will go away.

All these things take time to change, adjust and catch up- the belly, the chins, and most of all the self-talk!
I'm with you on all these!
