roll up roll up roll up...

Today's motivational pic. Roll up, roll up and see my rolls! Fat hanging out...HAWT not. Taken on return from new years eve in my Popollino's pizza tshirt!

Chugging the water. Got my pedometer battery changed. So it's back up and running. Been walking a lot today. Got a new campaign. Celebrate everything. I'll explain about it another time.

Haven't done any separate exercise though. Need to get on that. Finally posting a lot earlier today so I can catch up on your blogs.

Period is still here. Eurgh. But my ear infection is almost dead I think. So yay.

Am catching up again, firstly - love the list of why to lose the weight - print em out and post them on your fridge!

& M&S do big black knickers with lacey bits - they are lovely and make all the difference AND look sexy (AND cover the tummy).

& that Xmas weight gain will go quickly if you step hard on it now.

& Happy New Year.

& Love ya!

Celebrate is a great thing!!! I do think that when we are happier we go with the flow and lose more. Maybe that is what was wrong with me for the past year?? hmmmmm thanks for making me think.

If the gym is out then grab some Biggest Loser DVDs (I've got the bootcamp it's phenomenal!) or some Jillian Michaels, they're so worth it!

I love that - "celebrate everything"! You're on mark, doing your thing - the weight loss is coming - you have all the time in the world, just take it day by day, meal by meal - you will reach your goal!

Girl, I just love you. You need to post a flattering picture of yourself. There have been some really cute ones of you. I think you should post one of those next.

We can lose this holiday gain (let's face it - we all gained). 2010 shall be our year my dear!!

Glad to see you back on track and updating regularly. I used pics to motivate myself too -- good strategy.
