another stay the same!

Current weight: 19 stones 1 pounds (267 lbs)
Previous weight: 19 stones 1 pounds (267 lbs)
Highest weight: 21 stones 3 pounds (297 lbs)
Weight loss this week: stayed the same
Total weight lost: 2 stone 2 lbs (30 lbs)
Pulled off another stay the same. I will take that. My period is still here and I am constipated (sorry). Done no exercise either. Simon stayed over last night. WE DO NOT EAT TAKE OUT FOOD. In fact I cooked a healthy quorn (meat free mince) chilli with whole wheat pasta. Yep. I cooked it. For another person. My chilli had mushrooms, onions, kidney beans, tomatoes, garlic and chilis. yum yum. I made enough to freeze and have later. And we had low fat ice cream for dessert. I rarely have dessert and low fat ice cream usually sucks but it was yummy.
I only got like four hours of sleep so today I am exhausted. And for all you filthy minded bloggers it was not for THAT reason. Stupid period is still here. I just cannot share my bed. I sleep in the middle of the bed usually or in diagonally or in like a star shape. Having another person there takes up all my space! And he's a really cuddly sleeper. I HATE THAT. I NEED MY SPACE.

I dont like to sleep with anyone either- I need room! It took a long time for me to adjust to Sean being in MY bed. lol Oh and worst of all he snores BIG time! LOL

Good job on staying the same! I bet you show a loss when your tummy troubles go away! :)

Simon on Simone! Hehe.

Hmmm, I've never slept in a bed with a boy. Seems kind of nice though!

Ugh, constipation. I had such clogging problems recently! And yayy for not gaining! But, I'm usually heavier during my period so that could be the case with you :)

So you could have actually lost!

Are you saying I have a dirty mind? :-P

I agree with Alexia - once things start moving again you should show a loss!

If you find the secret to sharing the bed, share it with us! We´ve been hitched for almost a year, and I still feel selfish (sleeping) in bed! :)

Snoring is the worst. White noise machines are good for that. I prefer my space, too, Simone.

Your chili sounds wonderful. Staying the same is a victory. We discount it too much. But it's important to know how to stick. :D

Beware of cacti!

stupid constipation! I have major issues sharing my bed too, Dan and I have a king sized bed (the biggest they make) because we don't know how to share with each other. You get used to it, I promise!

I know how you feel, when you are used to having the whole bed and! having tummy troubles it's impossible to get good sleep. Kingsize bed does help! lol

Tell him you love being close/excetera ;) but need a night or 2 (however long you think you need) on your own to catch up sleep/feel better(blame the period/or food issues if thats not TMI) I was always scared of saying no i need to be on my own but eventually found being a bit unavailable seems to make men more eager to see you after so don't feel like you always have to let him stay. You have exams too!

Like TJ sure you will show a loss after your tummy sorts itself out. :)
