bad times to good times *fingers crossed*

Finally arrived at Sarah's (big_mummy) in Essex. Needed this trip in more ways than one and I haven't been here 24 hours. Hope she can get my fully back on track. I was doing so well until my Mother left for her own holiday. This weekend was horrific food wise. And I MEAN HORRIFIC...

In the last 24 hours I have experienced several fat problems i thought was over...

*seatbelt extender*
*chafing*
*belly hanging over jeans*
*disapproval of water*
*judging other fatties in proximity to me*
*intense dislike for walking long distances*

BAD TIMES
I MUST GET BACK ON TRACK

You can make the change honey! You just need to make the decision.

As I have said before... you don't want to be me in 20 years and you have an opportunity to make these changes and live a healthy and happy life.

Ofcourse its not funny, but at least we are not alone. Lets get back on that wagon and giddy-up!!!
