i am an idiot

Why can't I just do it?
I am up 14 pounds.
Half of what I lost.
It's practically square one.

p.s sorry I have been a bad blogger of late.

Hang in there my friend. Never give up. You still have half off and it's never to late to keep trying. Think of it as trial and error or practice makes perfect? If we didn't try at all and just gave into whatever we wanted this whole time we could be much heavier than the moment....right?...

i've been losing and regaining the same ten pounds since march, love. so i feel ya. i want skinny really really badly so i'm going to work my butt off now that classes are done. please don't give up. i know how badly you want healthy, too.

I have been trying not to continue kicking myself for the very same thing....as the weather warms I get to look at all my pretty clothes from LAST year that no longer fit!
But but but.....all we can do is get right back on track and trudge away toward healthy-ness!!! The alternative is not acceptable. Trust me, just a couple of "good" days and a little movement make a world of difference. Dont give up, give it hell!!! <3

If you lived closer I would come over and kick your butt! You are NOT an idiot. You are human Simone. Just get back up again and do it. YOU are worth the time and effort.

You can save yourself a lifetime of pain/misery if you get it done now instead of waiting 20 years like I did. Trust me when I tell you that it is MUCH easier to be active in your 20s vs. your 40s.

I love you sweethart! Hang in there, ummm...k?

But you're not back to square one. You're down 14 POUNDS!!! YAY!!! So, celebrate that, and get back to doing what you know you should. Take it one step at a time if you have to i.e. one week add in all your water. Next week cut out sweets, etc. You can do it!!

it's part of the process, we go up and down. I'm up too, it blows, all we can do is stem the tide and reverse it back down! Missed hearing from you!
