good and bad times!

After losing another two pounds this week I think I somehow managed to convince myself into not tracking hundred percent. I roughly know what I'm doing right? No. Been overly snacky this weekend, justifying it with my progress so far.

BIG MISTAKE. I know this small miscalculation can be the beginning of the end. Well it is not happening. I am fully back on track and raring to go! BRING IT.

Good things. Haven't been sitting round on my arse all weekend like usual. Been moving more. And generally eating ok.

I still keep making mistakes at work and I am trying to be better but I am constantly worried they are going to fire me. And I think I am finally starting to annoy my co worker :( which makes me sad because she's been so good to me. Though the stress is not making me lose weight. How come that only works for certain people? booo.

Good for you for sticking to it and tracking. I can't "estimate" either...and stress doesn't make me lose weight either..BOO!

Hang in there, work will get better in time. It's always hard starting a new job and getting in the flow of learning everything.

yeah, what Natasha said!!! Try not to worry 'bout what others at work think. You have a lot going on trying to learn what you are supposed to do, so let them just tough it if they are 'annoyed' or whatever!
And stress makes me eat lol, but my husband is living proof that stress makes SOME people actually forget to eat and begin to waste away to nothing lol...its just our coping mechanisms are different I suppose! Keep making the right choices and tracking, you will be fine!

I gain weight when stressed even if I don't eat. Some of us are wired that way.

Glad you've had success at reining yourself in. That's a big victory and progress.

Work at some point will become very automatic.
