I'm sorry mate. Now's not the time to be down on yourself. Now's the time to focus on getting your mind back to a place where you can help yourself again. Imagine if your friend came to you asking for help, you'd be gentle, forgiving, and do what you could to help them. Same goes for you.
Like everyone else said, just take it one meal at a time. Don't focus on everything - it's too overwhelming. Just focus on dinner - what good choices can you make for dinner? After that, get a good night's sleep, then focus on breakfast...don't start thinking about all the weight you have to lose, or how you fell off the wagon, or what food will make you feel better emotionally (cause it won't, will it?)... One meal at a time, girl.

Me too. Girl we just gotta get up and get on with it. Don't let all the work go until the new year. We could pack on some mega pounds by then.

Forget what you've eaten in the past, even five minutes ago. Self care is the way...
You can get back on it. When I fall off, I take a moment to remind myself of what is most important to me. Make yourself a priority.

It is such a hard time of year to keep on track, but I do know you have it in you to turn it around.

Try making a deal with yourself to do better. Not perfect. Better than last year when you weren't trying to lose weight.
Small victories lead to bigger ones. Get some exercise in. It will help keep you sane through all the stress.
Apples are a waist watchers first line of defense and greatest weapon. Try flavored teas. Flavor and fun and zero calories. :) Keeps you warm, too.
One bite at a time. Stop and reflect every time you eat. You can do this!!!
