Sorry to hear you're not having a great day. But look at that down the bottom. You are grumphucking killing it!

Nooooo! Why won't your weight shift? It is unbelievable after all that you are doing that it is clinging on. I would be very grumphunked indeed.

But you are doing very well on the exercise front and coping with the really tough family situation. Stress can affect your hormone levels which can make it harder to lsoe weight.

And you WILL enjoy that holiday, d'you hear?

"And everyfuckingelse I've stopped eating" HAHA loved that. And no Im not making light of how you feel----I can totally relate. I think we all can. You're working really really hard Simone and results have to be seen on the scale sooner or later!!! I think you see them in the mirror. Take it easy, gear up for your trip. You deserve some fun!

I really think the weight hasnt moved becuase your not eating your activity calories, your body is probably protesting and holding on tight! maybe you should try measuring too. I know you already said you struggle to eat the cals you have already but even if you just like add a grating of cheese, a drizzle of olive oil (or other healthy kind), a glass of fruit juice, a smoothie, etc... you could get the cals that way and your probably wont even notice them.

I will seek out a spring roll recipe and attempt to oven bake when you come and visit- that should make us both a bit happier!!!

You probably will change up your eating a bit on your trip and that might be just what you need. When I've hit a plateau I've said "What the F" and ate a bit more, and I lost weight! I guess a jolt to your metabolism is what you need sometimes. Hang in there!

We all have those days. Hey, hopefully you will see a big loss next week :). Being optimistic is a good thing, right (or so I've been told)?

Don't go there!! Put down the fat laden salt and turn back toward the light!! NO! NOt that one!! Over here!

Keep your chin up grumphucker. It will happen. How? You. You will make it happen. It's just a plateau. They happen. It will unstick and soon.

Go drown yourself in a bag of cherries. Mmmmm. And go whack some darts at a board.

Ok, thanks for giving me a NEW favorite word first of all. Grumphuck is just the perfect word for how I'm feeling too.

Second, way to kick ass and take names on the diet and exercise front!! I loved reading your to do list and seeing how many goals you actually surpassed. Maybe I'll give it a try, but then I have to be motivated enough to CARE about the damn list.

I/WE DON'T HATE YOU!!!

lol @ grumphucker and antgirl for using it in such a lovely way
:D

See that list you've got going there?
THAT is your TRUE measure of success, girlie!
and you are ROCKIN IT!
Being patient is an action too.
something I'm trying to work on.
For some of us it takes more grumphucking inducing time.
hang in there PLEASE <3

I totally understand how much it sucks not to see the scale move, I've decided to focus on NSVs and leave the scale victories to the background...

GRUMPHUCK YEAH!! If I could write that bigger I would.

Why are you using the word FAIL?? I think the true meaning of failing would be to complete none of your list AND do everything in the opposite direction:

Here, I will give you an example of FAIL...

Thursday's FAIL list.
1. min of 2 litres of water- TWO LITRES OF COLA, ONE BEER, FORGOT TO DRINK WATER.
2. 10,000 steps- I NEVER LEFT THE BED AND HAD MY FRIEND MOVE THE FRIDGE NEXT TO THE BED.
3. five portions of veggies/fruit- FIVE PORTIONS OF CHIPS ARE VEGTABLES RRRIIIIGGGHT?
4. 45 min of exercise- AGAIN NEVER LEFT THE BED, DOES LIFTING COLA CANS OUT OF THE FRIDGE COUNT AS LIFTING?
5. outdoor exercise- HA! THE CLOSEST THING I GOT TO THE OUTDOORS WAS THE COTTON IN MY SHIRT!
6. Plan meals- I HAD ALL OF THE DELIVERY COMPANIES MAIL ME THEIR TAKE OUT MENU?!

Okay. So that is a FAIL. Don't argue with me you grumphuck!! You actually did really well today! SO THERE!
