Thank fuck. Today is the start of a new week. I cannot be more grateful that last week is is over. I hated most of it. Hated my food choices. Hated being super ill that I could barely move. Hated that I left Sarah's early. Hated that I got absolute no studying done at all. Sucky.
New week. I still have the phlegmy cough and it is still draining my energy but I am not aching, my throat is not sore, my nose is not running so thats better. DAMN PHLEGM.
Back on track recording calories and drinking water. Not sure about exercise. I still feel drained. See how I feel after I get back from university this afternoon.
I definitely think my choices are going to catch up with me this week.
Also I got a new set of scales. With a bmi tracker and body fat percentages. SNAZZY.
Finally caught up on blogs but this week is gonna be hectic with studying because I effectively lost a week. S0 sorry if I make it to your blog late <3
