Trying...

This is my nutrition poster that I just purchased today. Snazzy huh? Tells me all about fats, good and bad and what vitamins you get from which foods!

Did lots of walking out in the snow today. Though I feel this week isn't going to end well. I mean losing the seven pounds was cool but I am pretty sure it was just period weight and after realising that carbonara was over 1000 calories and the drinks I had on elvis night I fear badly. I am chugging water and exercising at every opportunity but I don't think it is enough.

School starts again tomorrow. Yay. I sorely miss the structure it gives me. I think this will definitely help me. Also I dug out all my recipes... I forget where I had put them. I am attempting to do something new. Mix it up a bit.

Just keep on keeping on x

Yes, I totally know what you mean about structure with school starting! With all this free time on my hands, I'm tempted to eat anything, anytime, etc! I'm also going out to eat more. I have all this time to waste time (although I should be working on my writing portfolio..ahem.) My classes resume in two week. I just work better with structure. Toodles!

everytime I fall off the wagon and STAY off for an extended period of time like uh, NOW...lol...I wish I had written things like what you just said about the carbonara and drinks down when I was workin' it. You know why? Because when you're consistently trying hard but not quite able to hit perfection or food/exercise sainthood, you forget how much of an IMPROVEMENT "almost perfect" truly is over eating something like carbonara at each and every opportunity!!! Seriously, try and imagine the Before next to the After, carbonara and all and forgive yourself. Slow and steady wins the race, being on plan *MOST* of the time is how you get there and get those results!!!! You got the right idea babe, keep on keepin on!

I do better with structure too. I get that.

Love your Celebrate Everything. I aerobicised to an Elvis song.

I saw all the snow you all are getting on the news. You have more snow than we do and I live in the foothills of a major mountain range.
