the fat files...

Today I created the 'fat book'.

I gathered all of my fattest looking pics of me ever.
And some ones that I like.

I re-read my entire blog. That was hard.

I have started to make a chart documenting my weight losses and gains. So there's a progress section.

Inspiration pages... things that I want to be able to do and wear and stuff... to motivate me.

During this exam/study time last year I gained back over half of what I lost. Not this time. I have maintained for the last two weeks or so. I will take that. No gains. I made this book to remind to look forward... I can do this. I WILL NOT GAIN IT BACK.

A little knowledge can be a potent weapon in this war. Way to go!

That's a neat idea. And you're right, you won't gain it back!

That is a great idea Simone. I keep an OLD FAT pic of myself with me in my weight watchers weigh in book to remind me of where I was. It is very helpful! :)

Good job girlie! :) xoxo

If I gathered together all the bad pictures of me, the book would be thicker than War and Peace. BUT...it's a good idea. You're so smart, lady.

Maintaining through Uni is an amazing feat in itself. Honest. I don't think I could have done it.

The book sounds great. Honest, this battle is won & lost in our heads. :D

Believe it faked until you believe it believe it.
