the weight loss scale


(didn't know how else to do it. so its a screen shot)

This is the graph of my weight losses and gains since I started January.
There three clear massive spikes. major gains.
1. may time =exams
2. august= went on holiday
3. christmas

These are the numbers that went into the fat file.

The only comfort I can take from this is at least I am actually at a point of loss.

slow and steady wins the race! I bet I have a chart that looks similar. It's better than gaining. Great job!

Looks like you're at your lowest yet. Way to go! Wooot!

It's a process. You learn from each step whether it's in the direction you want to be headed or not. Be smarter than me and learn some of those lessons sooner. :D

I just read that you don't like milk. It is important to get your calcium in for bones, teeth etc. Also you need the Vitamin D.

You may want to take a calcium supplement or make sure you eat LOTS of green leafy veggies.

You can run but you can't hid Simone! ;-D

A point of loss! Yeah! You better believe that you are going great cuz you are. My personal belief is that as long as you never give up, you're on the right track. Of course, it's easier without all those "ups" but as long as you're trying it's ok.
