I have ten days to hand in my final dissertation.
I am stressed to the ultimate heights.
BAH. Just need school to be over.
This last week has been dreadful. Drinking lots of wine and cider. Eating what I like when I like. At some points I was having 4\5 meals a day. No water. No exercise. No caring. No blogging. I have managed to stay the same the last month but today I weighed in and I am up two pounds. I am surprised that it is only two pounds to be honest.
Current Weight: 19 stones 3 pound (269 lbs)
Previous weight: 19 stones 1 pound (267 lbs)
Highest weight: 21 stones 3 pounds (297 lbs)
Weight loss this week: stayed the same.
Total weight lost: 2 stone (28lbs)
I do not want this to be the start of a decline. One gain usually signals this. Not this time. It is a small wake up call. I *know* what needs to be done. I just need to do it. I need the accountability of the blog. So I am BACK. I realise how much I need and miss your support. I will catch up with you all soon.
