I know the antidepressants probably arent working yet but I am feeling more positive. It is weird going back to weight watchers points. But I am liking the security of it, knowing what I'm allowed and not. Bought specific w.w meals (a little bit pricey) very tasty and filling. Plus the garlic bread I had been denying myself for ages is now allowed. 3.5 points and absolutely delicious.
Also the points have reigned in my portion sizes. I had only a third of what I would normally eat of my parents Sunday roast. And you know what? That portion size filled me.
p.s check out these brownies! Lol if you can they are not evenly cut but I was only supposed to divide them into 15 slices and did it to 28 so it works out at just under one point a brownie. They just have a hint of orange. nom nom nom nom.

Those brownies look YUM! I am the same as you- WW points make me reign in my portions to a filling size. Great job!
See, I would have just cut the brownies into two pieces. Sure they would have had more points, but they'd already be gone and wouldn't be tempting you anymore.
:) I am so proud of you Simone! :) xoxo
When you take everything you like and assign a points value to them, you can see this is NOT a diet. :)
Congrats on the new changes, girlie! :)
I'm glad the WW is helping you and you're feeling more positive. You're taking control, perhaps why. :)
I had a piece of cake yesterday and felt sick the rest of the day. I just can not handle that much sugar any more.
Those brownies look delish. You are so rocking your new changes!!! Keep it up hun :)
You see the thing I worry about on weight watchers, is that I'm allowed enough points to have that entire tray of brownies AND a bottle of wine, every day! That can't be a good thing, surely? :-p
Fantastic that you're headed back in the right direction and that it's helping with your portion size though, it's nice to go back to the comfort of a diet you know so well from doing it in the past - I find when starting a new diet there's lots of hurdles like money, mentality, diet knowledge, etc, whilst mentality & motivation is probably the largest, it's nice to not have to think about learning a new diet ^_^
I love brownies!
Id eat the whole pan. at once. LOL!! But so glad you're feeling more upbeat and going walking and swimming (even if in the rain they feel rather similar)!
YUM! Where did you get the recipe from? I'm not sure if I can trust myself with those brownies. Good luck with WW.
i told you i need this recipe!!! cmon dont hold out on me xx'
