With sitting down most of the day at work I am finding it hard to justify sitting at a computer for hours reading blogs. But I need to do it. you guys are awesome and I miss reading about you all. And how can I expect support if I don't offer it? ok enough love
Doing good. Tracking. Drinking water. Walking a little. Planning to go swimming this week.
Only problem is tiredness. No matter how little or how long I sleep I always end up exhausted. Even if doing nothing. It is leaving me frustrated. But hey ho.
Looking forward to weigh in once again. Positive sign right?
