Back on track...

Weighed in with the nurse today. Lost a pound. Which is good because I went away for the weekend and ate like crazy. But I did walk an awful lot.

Before the weekend I ate pretty good. And I have wii fitted. Feeling much better mentally too.

Slowly. Slowly.

p.s the potatoes in my veggie patch are now visible above soil!

Yay for fresh garden potatoes! Mine are getting close but not quite yet....fingers crossed I'll have 'tatoes and carrots soon!
