Had a bit of a dodgy food week since I lost that one pound. Why do I feel it is ok to reward myself with food? I never learn. Anyhoo... I am taking pro active measures to keep me on track.
I deleted all of my facebook games because I was spending two hours a day minimum on them and I could use that time to blog. I do not need more excuses to sit on my bum.
I have put an inspirational YOU CAN DO IT on the fridge in magnets.
I am making food plans.
Scheduling exercise. Need to get back into a routine.
I am sprucing up my FAT BOOK with more motivational photos.
My sleeping is pattern is much better.
My attitude is positive and it is making a hell of a difference.
