It has been a while...

Why has it been a while? Because I was ashamed and couldn't face you guys.

I am officially beyond square one. I weighed in today and I weigh one pound heavier than when I started this journey. That is disgustingly embarrassing, especially in comparison to what some of you awesome people have been up to.

I have no excuses. I have eaten like mad and done zero exercise. I am not making promises of being back on track again because, obviously, I don't keep them. The best I can do right now is tell you all I am making a more active effort than I was.

I am two pounds away from three hundred pounds and that is not a zone I intend to surpass.

Current weight: 21 stones 4 pounds (298)
Previous weight: 20 stones 11 pounds (291) (from when last weighed with nurse)
Heaviest weight: current number
Lowest weight: 19 stones something.

It's so good to hear from you. You're making an active effort, and that's all that matters. You can get past this, I know that you can. Stay strong!

Just take a look at my last couple of posts girl. I have gained it back plus a few more too. The best thing is to just get back on track and realize that you are worth the effort. One I got that in my head, I have started to gain back my self-esteem and I am pushing through it. You can to!! You are worth the effort girl!!

i really don't like being fat. in fact, i can't think of anything i like about it. i could not dislike being fat anymore more than i do. i felt this way when i was 238 and now that i'm 187. so what about you, simone? this weight-loss thing is hard and annoying and skinny people have it so easy! but if we want it, we really have to fight for it.

I've slipped up this summer too. I guess that just makes us human. I'm just going to keep on trying and you can too. Missed you.

i dread to think of the amount of times I did that over the years and it wasnot just a couple of pound more, it would be a couple of stone. Kudos to you for acknowledging your mistake, but fucking hell, don't avoid us, we know how you feel xxx

Everyone has had this kind of situation in their journey...and if they say otherwise they are lying. We are all (or were all) fat at one point, hence the desire to loose weight and blog about it. So, know that we are all in your corner. YOU CAN DO THIS! It doesn't matter how many times you fall off the horse as long as you get back on. I've lost count how many times I've started a weight loss journey, but in the end the only one that matters is the last one, the successful one, and you are about to start tht one now! GO GET EM GIRL@!

You are here and that is the 1st step. It is easier for me if I break it down instead of looking at the enormity of how much I still need to lose.

We want nothing but success for you Simone! Don't you want the same?

Wow, reading this could have been my own blog - I'm in basically an Identical situation, I started my original journey on another blog () at 266lbs, now I find myself returning for round 2, starting at 292lbs. I'm also lacking motivation but know something has to be done before it gets any worse. So, we have very returning weights, returning dates and motivation levels it appears, race you to the finish line? :-p
