Got my nemo on this week. As my good friend TJ would say. Been on track pretty much all week. Could definitely step up the exercise though. And I have this week off work so not many excuses.
Need to get back in to the habit of blogging regularly. It definitely helps. Need to read all my fave bloggers too. It has definitely been more than a while.
Right now my mood is good which is making staying on track way easier.
Fingers crossed I can keep this up.
