what friday feeling?

Current weight: 19 stones 4 pounds (270 lbs)
Previous weight: 19 stones 2 pounds (273 lbs)
Highest weight: 21 stones 3 pounds (297 lbs)
Weight loss this week: 0 ( +2)
Total weight lost: 1 stone 10 lbs (24 lbs)

It is official. 2 POUND GAIN.
That one weekend has fucked me up in more ways than one.
I can't stop thinking about the stupid decisions.
I did try and work out this week.
Two trips to gym and wii fit.

My Friday feeling is so far away it is a distant memory.

STOP THAT NOW! 2 lbs It's just 2 lbs. Plus, you didn't give up. You moved more and you're back on track.

Just show yourself that you can stay on track this weekend!

my word verification is dulablog...what is that suppose to meaan....

I'm sure you'll lose those 2 pound next week. Just be active every day and eat well. When I broke up with Chris a few weeks ago, I gained 7 pounds! So don't beat yourself up. Work harder instead.

Soul Sista is on the radio right now how funny!

Don't let it get you down. Just push forward and drink your water and it will be better this week right?

Have a GREAT weekend!

It's just a number. Don't be down.

The fact that you keep coming back to the exercise is a really good thing. Count your NSV's. Count them loud and proud. It will help motivate you.

Just one weekend does me in, too. I can gain weight just by smell. LOL 'Oh that pie smells good' and the aroma goes straight to my thighs.

Girl, 2 pounds in the long run DOES NOT matter.
I know how shitty it can feel to "screw up", but you have to just pull yourself up before you can slip any further ;) Even if it means "stopping" or having a "plateau" for a while. Just pause, reflect and keep going. ;)

One tip: this may seem extreme to you, but try cutting all forms of super refined foods from your diet. Do it slowly if need be.

Books I really recommend reading: all Dr. Joel Fuhrman's books (damn straight he's got the facts...he's a doctor ;) it's a pretty fun read too), skinny bitch (take it with a grain of salt), one bowl method (again it's a bit extreme but really got me to reflect on how I ate) and anything about mindful eating.

Goodluck hun

I'm with McButter, stop it! This is the year, remember? 2lbs is a minor set back in the big scheme of things! :o)
